We had an Aviation Jet Mechanic named Edwin Ness and an Aviation Boatswains Mate named Albert Capone check into our squadron over the same weekend when I was in the Navy. The report I sent out to people letting them know we had new warm bodies was typical miliary - last name comma first initial. So, of course, everyone thought I was bullshitting when the weekend report contained the entry "Enlisted Personnel Reporting: Ness, E; Capone, A"
Just because they had finally figured out all of the training materials I developed used the letterhead of the 'USS TIMOTHY LEARY LSD 25', I don't know where they got the idea I would bullshit about stuff like that
