pushpills...I'm going to foward your sandwich recipe to my husband. We're not having mashed potatoes this year - we're committing what one of my kids says is the "sacrilege" of having baked potatoes - but he's always on the lookout for new "leftover" recipes. (As long as they're easy and don't involve actual cooking, that is.) Mashed potatoes will be easy enough to make tomorrow, though. (He doesn't consider *my* making mashed potatoes "cooking.")
