A better new rule is:
No PUI (posting under the influence)
I think anybody that is going to go get drunk should first pick a DP (designated poster)
That way, one drunken night will not destroy the reputation of the poster and he/she/it won't have to go through the trouble of creating a new nick and rebuilding their reputation.
Alcohol and posting do not mix I tell you. If you're gonna go get drunk then play it safe and do something that won't get you hurt... I don't know, maybe go for a drive or something instead of posting...
