Well, since you now know you've created a self-propetuating and increasing circle, there's only one thing to do.
Completely forget about it and go do something else. Yep, pick up and go. Find something to get engrossed in, comedy, whatever. Bang, drop it totally.
Now you're going to say, can't do that. Well since logically you just proved to your own brain that staying in it is too ridiculous and foolish, you have convinced yourself you're too smart to do that, so you have no other choice.
Ok, I'm tired, so that came out as either very insightful or (LOL!) very stupid. But if it's the latter ... I'm just not going to dwell on it.
