I suddenly feel like quoting myself from another board, but I won't.

On top of not wanting to "talk about it" because "talking about it" makes me feel like an idiot... (probably because the mere idea of letting "it" bother me makes me feel like an even further idiot) there's also the fact that even despite me knowing all this, it still upsets me... which seems even more idiotic.
