I would imagine that if they are big enough to where rewards are consistently going out that they would have a dedicated employee for the task set up with the storage (if used), shipping account, where to buy, etc and have them just work on that each day to get the orders filled.

I haven't heard of any companies that do it through a third party, that's not to say there isn't already one, so that might be an interesting idea for a start-up company.
