The "bottom line" aspect of my husband's brain caused "it sure would be nice to have a coffee maker waiting in the wings."
It seems that every coffee maker we've ever had picked a weekday morning to die. There is *nothing* worse than having that ache for the first cup of the day and discovering that the coffee maker is broken.
