I wonder how much of that $200 billion is going to be spent on some proper protection (i.e. levies that work) to avoid a repeat performance the next time there is a severe storm. Might not be a bad idea given that you guys have had 2 massive storms in less than 2 months.

But then again, what do us Brits know eh ?
