The best advice I would give to the person threatened by Brand0n would be find out Brand0n's real name and address.
Pretty easy to do I would imagine.
I would immediately report his threatening behaviour to the local police in his area.
I would give them email copies of his written threats on messageboards and transmitted by icq.
I am sure law enforcement would take these threats from a 3 time felon with drug trafficing convictions very seriously. Possibly a parole violation , in fact.
