The images are showing. I've just checked your userCP settings and you had images, avatars and sigs turned off. I've turned them on for you.
Anyone else that's not seeing Avatars, sigs and images - go in to your userCP -> Edit Options -> check:
Show Signatures
Show Avatars
Show Images (including attached images and images in [IMG] code)
