really depends on what kind of site... TGP i'd always use
Choker for paysite traffic i'd probably look into buying clicked traffic , fpcclicks.com (I think is the URL) or possibly some spots on other sites, exit exchanges with other similar niche paysites etc etc
mailer traffic (cancelled member mailers) would probably do very well too for paysites
