ya know the BIGGEST problem with this place?

EVERYONE IS TOO FUCKING FAR AWAY!!!

Otherwise, you could all drop by and join us on our deck, enjoying the ocean, good friends, good food, good times ..... it puts a whole new perspective on what's important.

What will live with me from this place is priceless - some of the best memories and friendships I will ever hope to have, that will last me through my lifetime. All the rest is just bullshit to fill the time.
