The length of this thread, the alternate attitudes and viewpoints, the obvious passion towards the topic/s of many of those posting and the mere fact that people are taking time to consider their responses and not just posting crap, the time spread from when this thread started to the present and the fact that one seems drawn to reading EVERY response, is fully indicative of characteristics that I LOVE about this place.

Conflict is not bad unless people want to make it that way.

POSITIVE conflict (involving open and honest expressions of one's feeling) is a hallmark of evolution.

This is my favorite thread here in a LONG time.
