Uh, Cheney has been in charge since Day One. This is actually one of those rare times in American history that such a travesty would actually have zero effect. Not advocating anything mind you. Seriously am not.

Ok, if they were together on stage, yeah. But you'll notice Dick makes sure he never stands near Bush, not even on those rarest of occasions that they are both in the same room, let alone in the same state.
