Some BBQers in Houston (Bill and Carrie from Texas BBQ Rub, Craig from Texas Pepper Jelly, and Ritch from Gator Pits) are organizing a BBQ for the folks at shelters in Houston as a result of Katrina.

If you are able to donate anything at all, it will be a huge help. ALL Donations will go 100% to the food for these people.
