;-)) ... but yes, I do understand what you are trying to say - however I disagree that it is "normal" or "understandable" human nature to go looting goods at the first sight of problems.
The looters would not survive 5 minutes, if there were real anarchy - they are taking advantage of a situation, where "normal" people are working on solving much more important issues - and that is why the looters reaction is not normal. Human nature is survilve first - not jewelry, dvd players etc.
