When I lioved in manalapan I used to walk out to the sea wall and lean into the storm ...easiest way to see how strong the wind was. ;-))

They did always over react though.I was at KMart I think it was and they started announcing "Do not leave the store"

Oh come on!!! LOL

Anyway , in Manalapan we just pressed a button and all these steel shutters rolled down...
