Hmm.. actually there seems to be two seperate issues here. The one raised by your title and the one in your post. Similar but a tad differet.

As to the title, yes demand can end but that generally only com,es along when something is made completely obsolete toi the point where it is not worth producing anymore because of innovation.

As to your post when it comes to adult people can most certainly be successful entering the game nowadays BUT it is on a much harder scale to be able to make it to the top of the lkadder than it was before.
