I happened to be finishing up Henry Kissinger's
Diplomacy earlier this week, and he was describing some of the "questionable" activities of the government surrounding the so-called "Gulf of Tonken" incident that LBJ used as authority to expand the Clusterfuck In Vietnam. Dr. Henry went on to say that such a thing couldn't happen in America today.
