if it was one person it is still terrorism...it doesn't have to be middle eastern terrorist to be terrorism and Londoners know that all too well. My point was that it was obviously 'foul play'
Well, in my world I do not put every single violent incident as terror... A single man killing dozen of people is a mass murderer or serial killer... The terror aspect first comes into play, when we know the intention of the crime. Was it a sick fantasy to blow things up? Maybe he just had a bad day (falling down syndrome) or who knows....

The large majority of violent crimes are not an act of terror (something that inspires fear) - they are usual much more egocentric.

Ofcourse explosions in a large city will get speculation going, but is it the goverment job to tell the world press "yes, Mr. Osama assfucked our civilization again", or should they just keep it to the available public facts, and then behind closed doors enter the coordinates for some random terrorist scum hideout, and start attacking within the hour?
