If *I* pay 'membership' fees to the FSC, if they get granted judgement awards, do *THEY* keep the awarded funds or do they get given back to the FSC members?

Can they and they only get awards in the first place? Or would it go to everyone in the industry?
I can't see how anyone would be awarded funds to begin with. I could see how FSC might be reimbursed legal fees as a possibility.
