Presumably though, the Sexmoney guys are doing something more than spam. The ad's look like you are signing up for some dating site or chat service, although they don't mention there being a cost.

The issues worry me, but if you guys can explain why they aren't big issues, It could be a great ad for our sites.
I just don't want to advertise anything that will a) cause our surfers to get spammed... B ) let some joker put in everybody's phone number and get the feds on me for texting kids, or c) cost people money without them knowing it.
Can you guys talk a bit more about it?
