They had no choice they didn't think they had a strong enough case at the time because they didn't have the video tapes yet. Which I don't necessarily condone but understand the reasons for.
although when the tapes surfaced and she was found out to have not disclosed everything as part of her agreement she should have fried then... but no.. they let it go.
the bitch is going to have to find a REALLY deep dark hole to hide in the rest of her life I think
