SWEEEEET!!... we get companies soliciting for the shop to do collections all the time. We tell them we have our own collection department sitting behind the door. They usually ask and we tell them it's a baseball bat... them they go into, Really??? You know that can get you into trouble don't you??? and on and on... We tell them that has only happened once and the fine was less than the added collection fee... and that we never have to reduce the settlement price down... It's usually good for a laugh...
