I've tried wsftp and aceftp getting the same results with both.
I managed to get in lastnight and upload at normal speed, then this morning, wouldn't even connect, then I got through with speeds of 0.26kb, and finally got through with the right speed and was able to upload.
The host is saying things are fine and other people have got in o.k.. seems to be just me.
