sorry guys, didn't see the questions until now.
For balsamic reduction i just take good quality balsamic vinegar and mix it with a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of cinnimon. Then I reduce it on the stove (bring to boil and let simmer for 10-15 minutes).
Today I skipped the glaze and made Pineapple boats instead. makes for easy serving.
On the Salmon I used olive oil and Lemon pepper seasoning.
On the steaks I used
Smoked Delights Original Blend Steak seasoning -- It's amazing! The guy who makes it is a forum member on my sharky.com board.
