Interesting thing about Texas...
Since 1990, only five countries are known to have executed juvenile offenders: Iran, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Yemen and the USA.
The majority of these executions were carried out in the USA , five of them in Texas .
At the end of 1997, there were 25 men on death row in Texas who were sentenced at the age of 17, the minimum age stipulated by Texas death penalty law.
