and realistically, with the amount of planning, and the base nature of terrorist attacks ( ie flying planes into the worlds tallest buildings, or a suicide bombinb, or whatnot), an overhead satellite image wouldnt necessarily be an important tool. the goal of terror is fear, not tremendous devastation. there will be no b-52's dropping bombs on our stadiums, fear the guy sneaking smallbox in in a thermos, and even those are banned at every stadium in the land
