To answer your questions Mike we cascasde our processing first via our merchant account using Netbilling as our gateway, then epoch, and then ccbill.
Our program uses first page uniques, not join page uniques, so they are not as glamorous as some programs claim to be, however I think a hit is a hit when they get to your site not when you decide to count it.
Our year to date ratio for our three current sites are:
Billiesbitches.com - 1/836
Solonation.com - 1/195
Yanks.com - 1/354
BilliesBitches is a bit higher then I want right now, mostly because alot of our current affiliates have softer traffic, something I hope to change soon.
