Joe, it my opinion that professionals ( attorneys/CPAs) who drift towards the porn industry are the rejects who could not make it in their profession in the real world.
This is based on real life experience. The majority of attorneys I have dealt with in this industry are bafoons. I certainly would not put my business in their hands.
As far as FTP, I have always been impressed with Brandon's analysis, and his understanding of the legal issues he discusses.
To be in any business excellent legal counsel is important, however, I recomend getting outside counsel from those who solicit business at conventions.
Maybe I should take the bar in Florida and become a "First Amendment Attorney"
