Fuck him and godaddy.. go and ask them to help you with a DMCA complaint for users of their hosting.. they give you a nice spiel about not agreeing to respect the DMCA rules and will only help you if you have prior registered proof of copyright ownership.. and then suggest their service that will do that for you so you can get help next time... (ie as soon as you pay us we will respect the rules)
