the site i was working with had no members area - no support - no links to cancel - pretty much nothing .. i dont work with them anymore ( about 18 months ago ) and yes retention did go up - that was the geustimate the owner made at the time ... maybe more people forgot to cancel .. lol .. i cant tell you but i can tell u the members area when i left it was a hell of a lot better at keeping members staying put ..
also as i come from a diff background than most here who are Mainly Adult - my experiences in mainstream / borderline adult sites would more than likely be a lot different
