fierce, if everything your company and associates do is completely above board...why would you want all of this to go away?
Surely, if you have nothing to hide, you'd gladly see it thrashed out here until every could see that you were in fact the good guys.
I can only see from your 'proposal' that you do in fact have something you'd rather wasn't discussed publicly, amongst your peers and business associates.
