I guess I gotta think about it. What if she came on to me? Then I'd have to tell my girlfriend and they probably wouldn't be friends anymore, or I'd get in trouble for liqoring up one of her friends.

If you wanna catch up with her for a drink, get to know your girlfriends friends more, then go for it.
If she does come onto you, simply say no ... its fairly easy to tell when a first 'move' is made, and its easy to stop them going any further if u be honest about staying true to your lady ...
end of the day, you know your girlfriend best, and if it would piss her off or not.
