Ok, to avoid being sued or getting C&D's etc.. Let us invent a new category...
Currently we have spyware, adware, malware and the overall encompassing scumware. Since hooper et al wants to deny that isearch/idownload is any of these because according to his attorney there is some sort of finite definiftion to all these categories then we need to invent a new category that for right now will ONLY have isearch/idownlaod products in it.
Personally I reccomend:
fucked_up_piece_of_shit_that_is_pushed_by_a_stupid _fucking_scammer_ware
Now remeber, you cannot call anything other than products from isearch or idownload fucked_up_piece_of_shit_that_is_pushed_by_a_stupid _fucking_scammer_ware
because otherwise someone else might sue you, ya know
