I just remembered - back during the Superbowl in 2001, we came up here looking at property for the first time. I just wanted to drive around and scope the area out. What sold me was a handwritten sign in the door of the Hardees saying they were closed for the Superbowl
I loved that (if you haven't figured it out by now, I have a warped sense of life...).
I spent the next couple of months looking, made an offer around March and closed sometime in April/May.
