because aol and microsoft want the monopoly on spam , that is why there are laws against email which can just be simply deleted BUT no laws against junk mail , faxes or fucking telemarketers.
Money and influence can buy you an awful lot of "Laws"
And if I could , I too would love to be the only person in the world that could advise you of there products just like Microsoft and AOL want to be.
