How is Steve Goldman a scammer?
Steve Goldman would start up an exit (or sponsor) program, run it for 2 or 3 months, then shut it down. During this 2 or 3 month period, he would pay only on a small amount of webmasters in his program. This means, the majority of webmasters in his program were left out in the cold (In some cases, some of these guys RELIED on the money owed for desperate situations). Steve Goldman did not care who he ripped off, or how much he ripped people off for! Some of the webmasters not paid were owed thousands of dollars!

How this scammer avoided payments:

Payment was never mailed out. (He would claim that payments were sent, and would keep this lie going for several weeks)
Steve would knowingly send out checks which were returned as NSF. (This is just fucking cheap)
He would just shut his program down and disappear.

Honest guys ripped off by this scammer:
I will try to assemble a complete list of people who did not recieve money owed to them by Steve Goldman. If he cheated you, please post the details here with what he owed you for (one of his exit programs/design work/etc) and the amount that he owed you.
