to my knowledge, quite a bit beyond the link below. the "Avenue Media" discussion has came up on the boards a few times but not many people paid attention. besides, i seriously doubt this would warrant international investigations, cross border police operations etc. apparently, there were other dialer scams as well, which definately would.
