The US provides free housing, food, utilities, medical care, education, legal help, etc. etc. etc. to everyone of our citizens INCLUDING the illegal aliens here. What more can we possibly do?
If someone is homeless, they choose to be homeless.
There was a story just recently about a woman here in ATL who was murdered and had been homeless for years. The community had offered her help, including a place to live, but she WANTED to be homeless.
If someone doesn't want help, there's not a lot you can do about it.
