Whether it will hold up in court is another story, but you are still using photos without permission ...
On one hand, I am thinking great - they are photos from a competing agency so i don't care - but on the other hand, I'm thinking 'fuck, not another free unlicensed celeb site to compete with'
I'm glad you came back TightFetish - if you stick around you'll find the first few days are the worst ... you must understand Oprano is practically a closed board - there's only 3500 webmasters subscribed and only a couple of hundred active - everyone who posts here has known each other for many years, done millions in business together in the glory days and many of us have shared dinner tables on numerous occasions.
