Actually Rolo in my case , as I grew older and wealthier, my views changed from very conservative to being a virtual Champagne Socialist.
Maybe I am the exception.
My family used to tell me with wealth ,education,and priviledge comes responsibility .
Of course normally I was too drunk , high , or horny to pay attention. ;-))
I now understand their point.
Perhaps George Bush should be reminded that in any civilised society the stronger should feel a moral (spit) responsibility to the weak.
