I thought it was pretty good. Same guy that made "The Ring" and it's obvious.
The story itself was kinda weak, and left you wanting to know a lot, however the fright factor was intense. Made me jump several times, and that's what a good horror movie is supposed to do...
So based on that, I'd recommend it.
