Nah, Sanford Wallace is a whole lot more famous then Hooper. If you plug him into google you will find him being labeled all the way back in 97 as the king of spam and such. If I remember right, he was originally into junk faxes and such and then he brought his shit online. Hell, he's more famous then Nick or Kenny Schaefer for that matter.
