My take on it is a bit different:
when Stalin learned that Hitler broke a pact and attacked USSR, he went on the drinking binge for 30 days,
and after he got sober,
he kicked Hitler (another undisputed Leader) in the ass and finished him in Berlin.
...and this is what gives us all hope, right?
