Drav this is not censorship. Stop being ignorant. A company or person has the right to not hire someone based on what they rant about.
If you had an employee who kept posting on GFY that you suck cock, and love it in the ass, and on top of it rip people off, you would certainly fire him.
Censorship is when the Gov't intervenes and punishes people or does not allow them to speak out.
