There is a growing movement amoung attorneys to go after these people with class actions lawsuits. It is important to document all damages so these attorneys will be able to recover on your behalf.

My friends LapTop is damn near ruined. He tried Spybot, but to no avail. He is going to have to reformat without a doubt.
I have a Mac
so I don't deal with that crap, but he can't even surf the Internet anymore.
Really bad deal man.
