It may not be illegal. But there is plenty wrong with it.
Anytime any entity attempts to stop a message from being heard, there is something wrong. That is censorship, straight and simple. Whether it comes from the government or any other authority, an organized group, a random mob or just your next door neighbor.
We each have the choice to listen to a message or not, we do not have the choice of just shutting down the messenger because we do not happen to like what he/she/it is saying.
