Serge, the Sheriffs Dept web site has him listed as no bond, and the courts have a jury trial on the assault charges scheduled for next Monday...
I hope Joe gets himself in order before its too late and they wont give him another chance. Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone learns from their mistakes.
