I bought at 7.41, 7.66, 7.73, 7.83, 7.86 after ex-div
(I sold all I had @7.98 the day before x-div)

I don't like it for 2 reasons:
1) too much leverage
2) credit quality is BBB not my favorite for the meager return of less than 11%, I can do much better with tax frees
